The VP Candidate MUST meet all of the following criteria before consideration:
Professional Experience:
- At least 4-8 years experience in advisory and capital raising assignments.
- Experience in the Natural Resources field (Oil & Gas) with detailed knowledge of Oil & Gas clients, how they operate, and the know how to implement strategies on how to effect their market.
- Extensive track-record with transaction experience.
- Must know how to manage through a team rather than managing a team.
- Experience achieving success through managing external consultants ie: attorneys, accountants, and reserve engineers.
- Srong working knowledge in the following fields: Accounting/Tax/General Finance.
- International banking cross-cultural experience is "preferred".
Social Experience:
- Superior written and verbal skills.
- Presence that exudes leadership.
- Team Work is high priority on your work ethic scale.
- Illustrate a proven track record of how you built professional relationships with their colleagues.
Basic Job Priorities:
- Will have direct participation in all phases of mandate generation and client maintenance.
- It will be your task to build strong deal teams that will effective in both marketing and transactions.
- Work with Senior Staff to design valued benefits for clients.
- Keeping consistent with the company`s investment banking plan and identify market opportunities.
